Do I need a consultation to start?
No. Most people begin with Essential Recipes ($25), the 7 Day Detox ($50), or the Personalized Wellness Report ($80). Live sessions are there if you want a person in the loop later.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. The e-book or plan files stay yours to reopen whenever you cook. There is no monthly charge hiding after checkout.
How fast do I receive the product?
After Stripe confirms payment, the digital files are sent electronically. There is no shipping box and no waiting on a carrier.
What is actually inside each service?
Guides are recipe e-books with grocery lists and prep notes. Premium plans add calendars, trackers, and a written system. Consultations are human reviews or live sessions. Open Services to see the files and extras for every price.
Is this medical advice?
No. Lions Health Land plans are educational nutrition materials. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment. Talk with a clinician if you have a medical condition or take medication.
Should I use the calculator or the quiz?
Use the calculator on the Home page when you already know your goal and want a plan in a few taps. Take the 2 minute quiz when you want a tighter match based on energy, how you like to eat, and how much support you want.
Are you a charity?
No. Lions Health Land is a commercial shop. Part of sales funds a Florida meal program with restaurant partners, so surplus food becomes packed meals instead of waste. You buy a product. We do not collect donations.
Can I get a refund?
Digital guides are generally not refundable once they have been delivered, except for duplicate charges or a file that never arrived. The full wording is in our Refund Policy.
